Contractor was always great about keeping us posted regarding myriad of issues or questions which inevitably arise on a home renovation. They kept within budget and completed work on a timely basis. They went out of their way to be accommodating and left the house clean with furniture and back in place. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others as they were to me by a friend.

Y.E.S. (Your Excellent Services) recently painted the exterior of our home. We can not be more happy with the professionalism this company displayed. Luis, Renzo, and the entire team are fantastic to work with. They attentively listened to every concern, detail, and request while executing the project with utmost care. YES is a very professional and knowledgeable contracting company. They redesigned and completed the renovation of our 3 bedroom 3 bath home in the time they said they would. Luis is an honest, reliable contractor who is true to his word. He is always available after completion to satisfy your needs. I would highly recommend YES!!!

We recently had our Master Bathroom redone. It was an easy decision to have Your Excellent Service (YES), formerly Your Excellent Choice (YEC) do the job. We were not going to be present at the time of the remodel as we were up north and I trusted there work ethics. I had previously worked with Luis and Renzo back in 2018 where they had replaced the flooring thru-out the condo with luxury vinyl plank. We were happy with the flooring job and I had called upon YES to perform other odd jobs thru-out the years. Once Luis had come over to help me with a plumbing issue and had refused to take compensation.
For the bathroom remodel YES demoed the old cabinets, flooring, tile, sinks, shower, plumbing and mirrors. They replaced the old PVC plumbing with Pex. Re-tiled the floor, uninstalled and reinstalled the toilet. Installed a new shower, the countertop, mirrors, sinks and lighting. I had the cabinetry installed by a different vendor but that was because I had residual product that that I needed to use. The pictures which are posted were premature to job completion as one of the cabinet doors had not yet been installed.
Both Luis and Renzo are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were very happy with the job that YES performed and would highly recommend using their services.

I've hired Your Excellent Choice for 3 separate projects. I had two whole houses painted and a complete bathroom remodel. Luis and his team are professional, and personable. With each project, they started when they said they would start and they finished when they said they would finish. Most importantly, there were no hidden costs and the workmanship is beautiful. I would not hesitate to hire then again.
